DIRECTOR OF FINANCE, QUALIFIED ACCOUNTANT (ACA/ACCA/CIMA/CPA) (BASED
IN DUBLIN REMOTE / HYBRID WORKING AVAILABLE)
Youth Advocate Programmes Ireland provide unique intensive support
programmes, using a strengths-based, wrapround approach employing
community-based advocates leading to positive outcomes for young
people and families. The Director of Finance will manage the finance
function of the organisation presenting regularly to the Board, have
responsibility for Health and Safety, IT, Facilities on a National
level. They will also be responsible for staff management and be part
of the Executive Management Team setting the strategic direction of
the organisation. The post requires strong leadership, strategic
thinking and an ability to achieve a high standard of service in a
changing climate. This is an exciting time to join a growing
